I understand that while the venue has wifi available, there's a chance it could be down, slow, or some other act of God. *
If your game requires internet access, we recommend you have an alternative available just in case (everything on the machine, bring a hotspot, etc)

I understand that, due to space and layout of the venue, it may only be possible for one or two members of the team to sit with the game at a time. *
Space with be tight-ish. Everyone on your team is welcome to attend the event however you want to have someone available to talk to people playing your game, you may need to take turns working your demo station as there won't be enough space for more than 2 people to be behind the demo table at a time.
