Please fill this form out if you would like a Registration Form for your Troupe to attend VTF 2026.

This information helps us to plan the larger event and be sure we have your contact information while we wait for the completion of all detailed individual registration forms.

Full troupe registration information is due by the regular registration deadline of Nov. 14, 2025. Money is due within two weeks of submitting your registration forms. Late registrations can be accepted until Dec. 1, 2025 but will incur a 20% late fee based on the total of all registration fees for returning schools (regular registration is strongly encouraged to assist with our planning needs). New attending schools will have a two week grace period to pay their registrations in full. You must be paid in full before arriving to festival for entry.

Note that student event registrations (Thespys, College Auditions, as well as Scholarships), One Act Competition and Mainstage applications are separate and have separate due dates. See the website for more information.

Thank you for your interest! Within 5 business days, you will receive next steps in your registration process. This will include a tool to help you collect registrations from all attending individuals (yourself, students, chaperones, staff). Following that, there will be a transportation survey as well as other logistical surveys to look out for this fall.

This school reservation form doesn't replace the actual individual registration forms for teachers or students. This just helps reserve a spot for attendance for your school and provides VA Thespians with information needed to plan for general/estimated event numbers in advance of final registration deadlines.
