This form is specifically designed for submitting measurement data when ordering our latex items. 
Please make sure all measurements are accurate, and note that our unit of measurement is centimeters (cm). 

  • 6-piece Set: Corset Braided Waist + Collar + Bustier + Thong + Thigh-high Stockings + Standard Size Gloves
  • 5-piece Set: Collar + Bustier + Thong + Thigh-high Stockings + Standard Size Gloves

If you only ordered the Corset Braided Waist, please fill out Questions 2 and 3 only.
If you only ordered the Collar, please fill out Question 5 only.
If you only ordered the Bustier, please fill out Questions 8–10 only.
If you only ordered the Thong, please fill out Question 12 only.
If you only ordered the Thigh-high Stockings, please fill out Questions 13–19 only.
