2025 Pink & Powerful Walk Registration Form
Hope Afloat USA cordially invites you to participate in the 5th Annual Pink and Powerful Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. 
  • Date: Sunday, October 26, 2025
  • Time: Registration will begin at 8:30am; walk will start at 9:30am
  • Location: The walk will begin and end at 21st Ward Baseball Field located at 600 Port Royal Avenue, Phila, PA 19128.
  • Cost: $25 per adult; children under 18 are free! 
  • Registration and payment preferred in advance
  • Payments Accepted: Venmo (@hopeafloatusa), Cash, or Check 
  • Please submit ONE Google Form response per person! 
We will have free food and drinks, many door prizes for adults and children, and basket raffles. We will also supply bright pink signage for you to carry on the walk to help raise awareness.
