As a working class institution, The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute is developed as a “Community Specific practice to develop financial capital to assist and sustain the grassroots local works that developed the institution in the first place. The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute of Non Traditional Approaches of Human and Healing Justice aims to establish an empirical practice of the Non Traditional Approach pedagogy to push a strong grassroots analysis of the Non Traditional Approach and Healing Justice into mainstream institutions serving Black and Indigenous working class communities. The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute seeks to share Afrikan-Centered worldviews, grassroots movement methodology and analysis to fill gaps within traditional institutional practice, community based organizational development, and local community culture (i.e., youth development; crime justice system; Black studies, etc), in the service provision of Human and Healing Justice! This is for our Ancestors!

Hourly Rates for Trainings & Technical Assistance:

The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute hourly rate is $250 hr which includes:  1) Meeting and Grow Planning; 2) Curriculum and Assessment Development; 3) Training, Facilitation & Debriefing 4) Travel and Housing (this is an additional fee if required). Each of The Kabaka, Alice and Luqmon Institute Trainings are 3 full days rates are $15,000 per training -includes facilitation, training, curriculum development, political education materials, trainings supplies and other equipment for carrying out the training and holding the healing space.
