Columbia Summer Camp 2018 Registration
Please fill out the form below for Summer Camps at Columbia. If you have more than one student attending, you will have to complete a form for each child individually. After submitting one form, you can simply hit the link to submit another if you have more than one child attending camp.

Payment(s) can be dropped off at any school office or in the Administration Office. Checks should be made payable to Columbia School District. All payments must be turned in prior to the start of camp in order for the student to reserve a spot. The cost per student per camp is listed at the bottom of this form.
