1. Attendance and Participation:
1.1. This online course is intense and requires your full attention
1.2. An undertaking for 6 days of leave and non-participation in other webinars/ conferences during this period is required
1.3. Please inform your colleagues & family about non-availability for official work or house related matter unless its an emergency

2. Technology:
2.1. Have a broad band connection with high-speed and stable internet connectivity
2.2. Please login using a Laptop, Desktop with web camera or high-quality tablet and not a mobile phone
2.3. We recommend you to use external/ computer speakers and not headphones to protect your ears
2.4. We will be using ZOOM application for the course. Please be familiar with its functions, including sharing presentation slides

3. Schedule:
3.1. Sessions will start from 8:30 am and extend to post dinner-time
3.2. Preferably be in a sound proof room with a comfortable chair and table
3.3. To minimize distractions, we suggest you to close your chat window, other Internet tabs, notifications and refrain from other online activities on your laptop or mobile phones during the course
3.4. There will be ample breaks to get off from the screen during which you can go outside, hydrate yourself, exercise or make phone calls, if urgent, to your friends or family

4. Small group activities:
4.1. On day 1 you will be divided into small groups with other participants.
4.2. You may be asked to be a moderator for your group
4.3. You may be randomly picked to present a Journal article or project proposal prepared by your group

5. If you are unable to follow all of the above guidelines, please refrain from registration
6. Please inform us if you want us to reserve your seat for next year’s course (In person or Online).
