Apply for a Media Pass – Toronto Game Expo Spring 2026

Enercare Centre, Hall G, 100 Princes' Blvd, Exhibition Place


Please fill out this form to apply for a media pass to cover the Toronto Game Expo Spring 2026.
The event runs:

  • Saturday, March 28: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday, March 29: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

All media applications will be reviewed, and only approved applicants will be contacted via email approximately one month before the expo.

Optional Media Partnership - Pass Giveaways

Are you interested in raffling off complimentary passes to your audience?
We’re open to discussing pass giveaways with approved media outlets that have a strong, engaged following.  Please note that complimentary passes are limited, and availability will depend on the level of coverage offered.

If interested, please email info@torontogameexpo.ca with the following details so we can review your request:

  • Size and type of your audience/following

  • Number and type of passes you’re requesting

  • Type and extent of coverage you plan to provide (e.g. social media giveaways, radio ads, TV spots, cross promotions etc.)

Complimentary passes provided for giveaways must be used solely for audience promotions and cannot be redeemed by media representatives themselves. 

Once we review the details, we’ll be in touch to confirm whether we’re able to accommodate the request.
