From the speaker's bio:
Brad currently serves as a Director of Public Policy at Meta. Prior to joining Meta, Brad served as Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Vice President at the Magazine Publishers Association. Brad served as a senior advisor to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and on the staff of the Senate HELP Committee under Senator Edward Kennedy. Brad is a graduate of the single greatest university in the world, and has been known to sing the Victors on conference stages around the globe to great effect.
