Grain Valley Chromebook Help Request
This form is for families of virtual-only students with a district-issued Chromebook during the 2020-2021 school year. If your device is malfunctioning, please fill in the information below and be as specific as you can in describing the problem. Once completed, a member of the technology department will respond as quickly as possible.

If your Chromebook needs to be serviced in person, we will schedule a time for you to drop it and receive a replacement. This exchange will follow the district's health and safety protocols.
