1.) GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT: This is a private setup. A collection of professional food vendors has agreed to gather and offer the college a fair food experience for guests of the college and local customer populations. In agreements with our partnership we have decided to invite a select group of artists and crafters to participate. OSU-OKC reserves the final and absolute right to interpret these rules, to arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions and differences in regard to and connected with this fair food experience. They have graciously allowed us an opportunity to work. OSU-OKC and us also reserve the right to exclude from the campus any person or persons whom it may deem undesirable or who shall otherwise become offensive.

2.) RIGHTS OF COLLEGE AND US: OSU-OKC, Goforth Family Investments, LLC and Silver Dollar Concessions, LLC shall not be liable for any damages or other expenses that are incurred by you or your agents in any event of delayed, interrupted, or not held event as scheduled.

3.) LITIGATION: If any suit or legal action is filed or initiated in connection with your use of the premises or on account of your agreement with us, you agree and promise to pay any and all costs and reasonable attorney fees in such amounts as determined by the court. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless.

4.) DISCRIMINATION: You agree to abide by all laws pertaining to the discrimination of any individual.

5.) SECURITY: No full time security officers will be stationed in any one area. Booths should never be left unattended at any time during operating hours. There is Campus security but they are on call throughout the facility. You are responsible for your own goods.

6.) REFUNDS: Full refunds are available 30+ days in advance notice. No refunds will be made if cancellation is made within 30 days of the event going live.

7.) OPERATION: You agree to operate in a safe, sanitary, courteous and responsible manner. It is expressly understood that you may not display or offer nudity nor sexually explicit or similarly offensive products, demonstrations, presentations, literature or other related matter. In the event of such restriction or removal we will not be liable for any refunds or other expenses. You shall conduct your business so as not to interfere with the rights of others contracting with us. It is your responsibility to know and be aware of any and all local fire and health code requirements.

8.) LIQUOR AND DRUGS: No ales, beer, wine, spirits or intoxicating liquors or drugs, of any kind, shall be kept or sold on campus property.

9.) JANITORIAL: There will be trash cans in the food area for food waste only. Everyone is responsible for removing their own trash daily and keeping the appearance of their booth display appropriate. There is trash dumpsters located on the grounds. No cardboard is to be set in or around the food area trash cans. Take your own trash to dumpster daily.

10.) EMPLOYEES/VOLUNTEERS: You are responsible for any claims, liabilities and actions relating to the conduct and representation of personnel in your employ or agreements.
