- You must be 21 years of age to adopt.
- Completion of this application does not guarantee adoption.
- We reserve the right to deny any application.
- We will verify veterinary references and landlord policies if applicable.
- We may run a background check on the applicant and adult members of the applicant's residence.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
