First and foremost, I
wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who happens to read these
lines of text. It's been wonderful getting to know everyone in the
community, and I'm looking forward to bolstering what we have in the
Baltimore area currently and going forward. Started by a Baltimorean,

Name: Birdland Card Show
Date: 5/23/26 AND 5/24/26
Time: 5/23 will be from 10am-5pm and then 5/24 will be from 11am-5pm
Location: White Marsh Mall, 8200 Perry Hall Blvd, Baltimore 21236
Setup: 2 hours before time.
Breakdown: 5-6pm both days
Info: Trade and play area for people of TCG shows.

Tables and Prices:
- $80 per 6 foot table for EACH day.
- 1 table both days = $160,
- 1 table on Saturday = $80,
- $240 cap on table fees regardless amount of tables or days.

Rules:
1) Vendor set up will be 2 hours before show time. I am waiting on Mall to get back to me.
2)
Full refunds are available 7 days before the show. 50% refunds are
available until the day before the show. No refunds are available day of
the show.
3) No smoking, vaping, or drinking alcohol while inside the building.
4) Booths are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
5)
Vendors may not sublet or resell their tables. If you cannot attend
please contact a JJO Gaming representative. Priority will be given if
you have a replacement, otherwise we will consult the wait list.
6) JJO Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for injuries that may occur during the show.
7) JJO
Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for
vendors merchandise. If vendor's product is broken/damaged/stolen, event
organizer cannot be held liable. Your goods are your responsibility.
8) JJO
Gaming, LLC, it's partners and affiliates are not responsible for
damage caused by vendor to host property. This includes buildings,
thoroughfares, and grounds.
9) JJO Gaming, LLC, it's
partners and affiliates reserve the right to deny booth rental to
businesses and associated parties without providing reasoning.
10) Vendors are responsible for having all local licensing and handling local/state/federal taxes.
11) Vendors who violate the rules may be subject to ejection without recourse.
12) For inclement weather, if the show still happens and you are unable to make it, you will be ineligible for refunds.
