Community Partnership Application 
Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner within Poudre School District.  

Poudre School District has recently completed the strategic planning process for year one of a multi-year strategic planning initiative.  We are excited to work closely with our community partners to support our students and families within the areas of literacy, mental health and belonging and graduating with options.  

The following application represents an opportunity for our community partners to engage with Poudre School District to support our students, families and schools in alignment with our PSD Strategic Plan.   

It is important to us that our interested community partners have knowledge of and an understanding of the PSD Strategic Plan.  Please review the PSD Strategic Plan information linked to this webpage. 

Please begin by filling out the Community Partnership application below to start the process to support our students, families and schools throughout the district. 

Applications are reviewed by a PSD multidisciplinary committee one to two times per month throughout the school year.  Following the the application submission and committee review, determinations will be made to move forward with an agreement/contract.  Agency contacts will be contacted two to three weeks after the committee review.  Please note although every application will be reviewed, not every application will be approved.  If you have questions, please contact Whitney Bennett-Clear at wbennettclear@psdschools.org .
