Order Form - Cross Country Athletic Mask
In response to local recommendations for masking, Service Cross Country Running Team’s Booster Club has placed an order of high quality face coverings for our athletes, families, and our Service community.
While we do not yet know the status of fall sports or the definitive plan for the school year, we anticipate that the use of masks is likely to be a critical component of our community’s response to COVID-19.
Proceeds will be used toward the team’s purchase of new warm ups. This particular mask is designed specifically with our athletes in mind. A second multi-layer mask designed for spectators will be offered in the near future.


PodiumWear custom single-ply mask, $15 each, available in Small or Large
This is a single-ply, lightweight, breathable mask with ear loops that we are initially prioritizing for use by our athletes.

 Head Circumference -  Small: 20"-23.5".           Large: 23.5"-25"

To measure head circumference, wrap the measuring tape snugly around the widest possible circumference - from the most prominent part of the forehead (often 1-2 fingers above the eyebrow) around to the widest part of the back of the head.

Payment Instructions
In an effort to mitigate the possibility of spreading the virus, we are requesting payment via Venmo or checks. Please no cash! Checks may be made payable to Lisa Maurer. As the team treasurer, this will allow Lisa to make only one deposit to the team account which will reduce any risks to herself and save the team transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Instructions for pickup will be emailed to you upon receipt of the completed form.
