OPIRG Guelph members (one or more) and OPIRG Guelph Action Groups may submit an application.

OPIRG Guelph members are:

graduate or full-time undergraduate University of Guelph students who have not received a student levy refund
part-time U of G students or community members who have paid their annual membership fee.

OPIRG Guelph Board and unionized staff members are ineligible for the Award.
