Please note: Neither tables nor linens are provided by the church. If necessary, please request them from your catering service. NSUC will not hold the requested date until a $250 security deposit is received. If the event is cancelled more 30 days prior to the event date, the full security deposit will be returned. For cancellations that occur within 30 days of the event $150 of the $250 security deposit is returned. Special consideration will be considered for emergency situations. Exceeding your designated rental time window will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Please note that we do not alter the set up of chairs and tables. If you have a catering service they are welcome to make adjustments as long as everything is set up to the way it was prior to the event.
