The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that all live streams and media coverage are professional, ethical, in line with the values of PAA, and result in a consistent and professional image for the sport. The PAA represents all the states and their clubs, business affiliates and associations.

Do you accept that the PAA holds all rights to all official media that is created at a PAA sanctioned or recognised event and we then extend back to you the opportunity to use the footage with proper PAA credit, like a watermark.

Do you accept PAA reserves the right to discontinue any coverage at any time if it is deemed Inappropriate Material* or disruptive?

 *Inappropriate Material means material considered to be defamatory, an infringement of copyright, a breach of privacy, offensive, vilification or inciting hatred, discriminatory and/or confidential or privileged.

Do you accept PAA reserves the right that distracting equipment may be restricted or be asked to be moved during competition play. eg flash photography, tripod-mounted cameras, wires on the court or other.

Do you accept that any player that explicitly requests not to be involved in PAA coverage* is to not be included in any PAA coverage* to the best of your abilities. The tournament Director will advise who, if any, and what the marker is, eg yellow hat.

Do you accept that all PAA and state association supplied media must be included in the PAA coverage* as per agreement, to the best of their abilities.
