This year, we will be providing Music and Drama instruction to students who are attending school in-person. All 4th and 5th grade students are required to enroll in a VAPA Class. 6th-8th grade students have the option of being enrolled in a VAPA class during their UA time. If you are enrolling your child(ren), please complete all the information requested.

Este año, brindaremos instrucción de música y teatro a los estudiantes que asisten a la escuela en persona. Todos los estudiantes de 4o y 5o grado deben inscribirse en una clase VAPA. Los estudiantes de 6º a 8º grado tienen la opción de inscribirse en una clase de VAPA durante su tiempo de UA. Si está inscribiendo a su (s) hijo/a (s), complete toda la información solicitada.

*If you are in virtual learning, you do NOT need to fill out this form. VAPA will be provided by your virtual teacher. *如果您在进行虚拟学习，则无需填写此表格。 VAPA 将由您的虚拟教师提供。
* Si está en aprendizaje virtual, NO es necesario que complete este formulario. VAPA será proporcionado por su profesor virtual.  

If you currently have a school instrument and ARE planning on playing the same instrument this year, hold onto the instrument.
 如果您目前有学校乐器并且计划今年演奏相同的乐器，请坚持使用该乐器。
Si actualmente tiene un instrumento escolar y ESTÁ planeando tocar el mismo instrumento este año, no regrese el instrumento.

If you have a school instrument and are NOT planning on playing the same instrument or enrolling in a music class, please return the instrument to the school as soon as possible.  
如果您有学校乐器并且不打算演奏相同的乐器或参加音乐课，请尽快将乐器归还学校。
Si tiene un instrumento escolar y NO planea tocar el mismo instrumento o inscribirse en una clase de música, devuelva el instrumento a la escuela lo antes posible.

Note to 4th and 5th Graders:  Unless you have been playing a band or string instrument for one or more years, do not rent or purchase an instrument until instructed by the music teacher.

Nota para los estudiantes de 4o y 5o grado: a menos que hayan estado tocando una banda o un instrumento de cuerda durante uno o más años, no alquile ni compre un instrumento hasta que se lo indique el maestro de música.
