SHS Schedule Conflict Form 2019-2020
This form is to be used if there is a mistake in your schedule only. Schedule changes will only be made if you are missing a core class, missing a graduation requirement, or placed in the wrong level of class. Your request will be considered prior to the first day of school. Your counselor will email you after it is determined whether an adjustment can be made on your schedule.

**Please Note: Requesting a specific teacher is not a schedule conflict request that a counselor can accommodate. If you have this type of request please contact your grade-level Administrator.

The Form will be open for students from May 10th 2019 to May 24th 2019. Counselors will not be addressing schedule conflict requests via email.
