By typing my name below I understand that:1. I am personally and financially responsible for this equipment.
2. I am responsible for returning the equipment on time.
3. The equipment cannot be left unattended.
4. The equipment cannot be utilized in inclement weather. (rain or snow)
5. The equipment will be packed and transported properly.
6. It is my responsibility to check the working condition of the equipment before I leave the Grow to Share pickup location.
7. I will use the equipment only for its intended use.
I agree to accept full financial responsibility for the loss, damage, or misuse of any Grow to Share equipment that is hereby being checked out. I also hold Grow to Share and River Falls Rotary Club free from liability if injury occurs in the use of equipment. I accept full personal responsibility for any potential mishaps.
