OMS Holiday Assistance 2023-2024:          Deadline November 26
Each year, Owen Middle School offers Holiday Assistance to families with a student at Owen Middle School. This assistance is confidential, including from the student unless you decide to share the information with them. Please note, this is only offered to your currently enrolled OMS student. If there are other children in the home, contact their school counselor or school social worker to learn about that school's Holiday Assistance Program, or reference the Holiday Assistance List on the OMS Facebook page.

While we do the best we can to accommodate all needs and wants indicated on this form, we cannot guarantee that your student will receive everything indicated below.

The deadline to submit this form is November 26th in order to assure time for processing requests and shopping.
