YSC mid-year reflection and feedback
Thank you for taking time to share your reflections and feedback.

As you may have seen before, below are the five bullet points of our vision as we seek to live out faith, hope and love in our campus, city and world:
- meeting together to encourage one another in faith, hope and love
- knowing God and accurately understanding the Bible
- loving, trusting and obeying Him in every aspect of life
- giving each and every college student at Yale and in the area the opportunity
to hear and respond to the gospel
- being trained and actively ministering on campus, in New Haven
and throughout the world

We hope that many aspects of the ministry are helping us move forward in these directions, but we know that there may be areas that need attention or adjustment. Your input will help the staff team pray and think through second semester.

Think back to August. What are some ways you have grown since then? In faith, in relationships, in values, in connecting to God, and so on. (May or may not have been in a YSC context.)
Your answer
Small groups (FYGs, soph discipleship groups, junior group and senior group). If you have been part of a small group this past semester (even sporadically), can you comment on your experience of Biblical content, community, outward perspective, and so on. What have you most appreciated? What changes would you suggest?
Your answer
TNT (Thursday Nights Together) is a central gathering place for all classes to come together to worship, to encourage each other, and to bring friends who are interested in knowing more about faith in Jesus. If you have come to TNT this past semester (even sporadically), can you comment on your experience? What have you most appreciated? What changes would you suggest?
Your answer
As YSC is more a clustering of people rather than an organization, what less structured events would help us move toward the bullet points listed above?
Your answer
Any other comments, suggestions or musing about any aspect of YSC (especially in light of our vision)?
Your answer
Would you be up for joining—or considering joining—Fuse Team (planning TNTs and other macro-community events) or Worship Team?
