Opt-out form for E-Learning requirements

Students in Ontario are required to earn two online learning credits to graduate from secondary school with an OSSD, beginning with every student who entered Grade 9 in the 2020-21 school year.

However, parents/guardians (or students who are 18 years of age +) may choose to opt their student/themselves out of the mandatory online courses required for graduation. Opting out of this graduation requirement does not affect a student's opportunity to take online courses (students can opt out of this graduation requirement and still take online courses if they wish).
