First-Year Reps (2):
- Acts as a liaison between the Executive Council and 1st year students at the University of Toronto
- Promotes MSSU hosted events by means of class announcements, flyer distribution and social media

Second-Year Rep:
- Acts as a liaison between the Executive Council and 2nd year students at the University of Toronto
- Promotes MSSU hosted events by means of class announcements, flyer distribution and social media

All Executive members are responsible for attending 80% of MSSU executive meetings and all MSSU events. Executive members are expected to fulfill the above responsibilities associated with their position and any other additional tasks delegated by the Co-Presidents and Vice President.
