Tony and Sandy Johnson Scholarship
Donors with a heart for the ministry of Covenant Christian High School have contributed funds in celebration of the work of Tony and Sandy Johnson. These scholarships are established for Covenant students and administered by the Scholarship Committee in accordance with the donors’ criteria. To qualify for the Tony and Sandy Johnson Scholarship, applicant must submit all requirements to the Covenant Scholarship Committee.  Deadline is March 15. Essays must be entered by the student. 

Tony and Sandy Johnson have made an incredible impact for the Kingdom through their efforts in ministries like Covenant and the local church. Tony was a board member at Covenant and a pastor at Ben Davis Christian Church for many years, with Sandy leading and serving at both places by his side. Tony and Sandy are passionate about Christ-centered education and they are strong believers in the impact the local church can have on its community.  
  
Award Criteria:

- A one-year scholarship awarded annually to 1-2 students.
- This scholarship can range from $1,000-$2,500 depending upon the student need and number of applicants
- Available to any current or incoming student.
- Previous year recipients may apply again each year
- High priority given to a student who is a member at Ben Davis Christian Church  
- High priority given to a student who is the child of a full-time pastor
- 400 words or less on the context and impact of Joshua 24:15. How should Christ be the center of our daily rhythms?
- Essay with recommendations due by March 15.
