Members of the John F. Kennedy University community--students, alumni, faculty, and staff--are invited to submit evidence of their scholarly or creative contributions from January 1, 2016- December 31, 2017. Those with eligible submissions will be recognized with a certificate, and honored at a lunch event on May 10th, 2018 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on our Pleasant Hill campus. Evidence should be made available in the form of an APA citation including links where applicable. You'll want to have these ready when filling out the form. They can be copied and pasted into the form.
The submission period is now open, and will close February 12th, 2018.
Types of work recognized: Works representing a scholarly or creative contribution will be considered. Examples include journal or edited newsletter and magazine articles; books or book chapters, including selected works and artistic contributions such as poetry or artwork; conference presentations, posters, panels, or workshops; curated and juried art exhibits, including artwork, exhibition guides, and digital objects created as part of exhibits; works and performances; creation of or contributions to online publication excluding blogs, non-professional websites, or social media sites; awards or recognition from professional associations or other bodies for contributions to your field; and more!
In addition, your work could be featured in an upcoming Thursday Soapbox or podcast!
All contact information provided in this form will be kept confidential, and will only be used to communicate about this year's event. The names, University affiliation, and citation(s) of eligible respondents will be published online and featured at the event in May.
