Duke Neurology All-Star Award
The Neurology Department's "All Star Award" recognizes its faculty, providers, trainees and staff who go above and beyond the call of duty.

If you would like to nominate a colleague or yourself for an All-Star Award, or to let your colleagues know about a great behavior, award or achievement please fill out the information below and we will share it with that person's supervisors.

Award nominees may also have their names and accomplishments printed in the Neurology Department's weekly newsletter.
