Plan and coordinate program and its activities.
Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
Maintain budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.
Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
Prepare paperwork/reports for org programs and events.
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
Support growth and program development.
Assist/attend the organization of events, fundraisers, etc.
Train volunteers.
Provide $600 a year for organization dues. ($50 monthly or $150 quarterly)
Research potential sponsors.
Write funding proposals and send these to potential sponsors.
Creating marketing and promotional activities.
Develop fundraising events.
Maintain records of sponsors.
Organize campaigns that will lead to donations.

Volunteer Service Coordinator Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and supervise new volunteers.
Collect volunteer information, availability, and skills, and maintain an up-to-date database.
Use marketing tools such as outreach programs, e-mails, and volunteer databases.
Keep new and existing volunteers informed about the organization and volunteer opportunities.
Match volunteers to opportunities that suit their skill sets, and ensure they understand their responsibilities and receive the proper training.
Organize training and lead on-the-job training.
Keep schedules and records of volunteers' work.
