Please fill out a separate google form for each swimmer you wish to attend the assessment.

The swim skills assessment is intended to help coaches determine which practice group is appropriate for your swimmer. Given the limited capacity of our program, there is no guarantee that we will hold an assessment, if there are a sufficient number of swimmers already on our waitlist, or that, if we hold the assessment we will be able to accommodate your swimmer. Our goal is to get as many kids in the water as possible, and we hope we will be able to meet you and your swimmer soon.
