ACCS Board Impact Framework Survey          (formerly known as the Ladder of Engagement)
We are deeply grateful to the Argosy Collegiate Board of Trustees for your dedicated volunteerism and unwavering commitment to the betterment of Argosy Collegiate. The ACCS Board Impact Framework provides intentional opportunities for trustees to deepen their engagement and amplify their impact. Through visible leadership, advocacy, and stewardship, trustees strengthen Argosy’s mission alignment and long-term success. 

This survey offers a snapshot of the 2025–26 school year, broken down into three categories: Mission Engagement, Community & Advocacy, and Strategic Leadership. Your responses will help you reflect on your contributions so far and guide planning for even greater impact through June 30th. 

Note: There are 17 opportunities to further impact Argosy Collegiate within this framework. Everyone should be familiar with the Ambassador Toolkit. Please target an additional 3-4 impact opportunities for yourself for the 25/26 school year that align with your skills, interest and comfort level.
