Private In Home Group Reading Request Form
**Please note these are currently booking for May 2024 and beyond.  All earlier dates are FULL. Thank you! These are typically only offered on SUNDAYS only, though some exceptions can be made for weekday mornings, corporate events, in-town locals. 

This form indicates your interest in booking a private in home group mediumship/other demonstration with Jamie Day. This does NOT guarantee you a spot and is simply an appointment request. Please follow all directions carefully to streamline the process and be aware that your appointment request can be denied for any reason at Jamie's discretion. PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW:

These events are lovely opportunities to come together with your living loved ones to celebrate and honor those Spirits that have passed (or whichever reading style you choose below!)! In a group setting, Jamie will spend approximately 90 minutes connecting with your passed loved ones on the other side for messages of love, healing, and validation followed by plenty of time for Q&A about the process and how you can connect on your own. Please understand that not everyone is guaranteed to receive an individual connection from Spirit. Anyone attending the party must consent to being read should Spirit choose them, no one is permitted to "watch" as Spirit does what Spirit wants!

If your party is selected, you will receive an email from the Medium Jamie Day team to confirm your booking. There will be a $150 deposit required upon receipt to confirm your appointment. The balance of $200 will be due the day of the event, and Jamie asks the organizer to collect and give in one payment. Please be aware there may be a travel charge (hate to do it, sorry!) on your deposit invoice.

Private in home mediumship and psychic group readings are to take place in the client (or a participant's) home for personal use ONLY. Tickets to this event may not be sold or distributed. These CAN be used for corporate events, given that tickets are not sold and it's included for your guests. Please contact mediumjamieday@gmail.com to inquire about hosting a public/ticketed event. If you are interested in hosting an event OTHER than a mediumship reading (such as a yoga and meditation workshop, a spiritual development class, a psychic group reading event, etc) please email mediumjamieday@gmail.com to inquire.

Which type of event are you looking to book? Please note these are ALL done in a group setting, not individual private readings in a separate room.

What is the address where the party will be located? All parties under 45 minutes travel from Sanford Maine are available at no additional fee. Parties that are 45-75 minutes travel from Sanford Maine have a $30 travel fee added to their invoice. (Parties over 75 minutes travel from Sanford Maine are not accepted at this time but please reach out about travel opportunities). Please confirm your distance before continuing. *
Currently these are being offered on Sundays or Tuesdays only. These book at least one month in advance, sometimes more (*****the further out you go the more likely you are to get your requested dates!!). We cannot accommodate other requests at this time. ****PLEASE LIST 4 CHOICES OF DATES IN ORDER OF BIGGEST PREFERENCE FIRST***** *
What time of day do you most prefer? If you have no preference, earlier is better for me but not necessary :-) 
Answering this question indicates that you know not everyone is guaranteed a reading, as it is up to Spirit. Jamie will always do her best to get to as many readings as possible! As the host, it is your responsibility to make sure guests are aware of this. Time usually allows for 5-6 Spirit connections. (If you have more than 6 people, I recommend having at least 10-15 people if possible so that it doesn't feel like one or two people get left out! But it's completely up to you as the host) Approximately how many guests are you expecting? (it's fine if it changes)
This is intended for private, in home, personal use only. This answer indicates you will not sell tickets to this event. You may split the cost among your guests but how you handle payment is completely up to you as the host. I will collect a deposit upon booking and a balance at the end of the event.
