Here is my commissions TOS, and fill out form. Please read below and fill everything out.

This will make the commission process easier for the both of us so I know what you would like for your commission, and so I don't have to bombard you with a million questions.

Hate art. Anything Anti-LGBTQIA+. Sexual Assault/Non-Con . Age difference . TERF's/Truscum

I can draw Humans, Monsters, Anthro/ Furry, Mechs, Robots, Fantasy creatures, Feral animals, Amalgamations, to Horror and Gore! 
I can also draw any bodytype as well!
My art type also can vary from chibi to cartoony to very realistic and detailed!
Nothing made by PatchyPines may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFT's, AI art, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Artist
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only.

❖ I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

❖ I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.

❖ I reserve the right to reject and/or cancel your commission proposal at any time without question.

❖ I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches and handmade pieces.

❖ All commissions of mine will be uploaded to my personal portfolios ( online galleries ) , you may request I go by an alias as the credited name for who commissioned me instead of your name.

❖ All artwork above 512x512 I give will have a signature on it, unless it’s for a logo, or for a specific project. I do not give unwatermarked/unsigned artwork unless discussed beforehand.

Payment
❖ All payment should be in USD Via my Kofi. I found it to be the easiest method as I can accept many payment types through it. 

❖ Payment is due in full up front for any commission. I only accept payment plans where half at the start, and half at the finish for those who have been repeat responsible commissioners. 

❖ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.

❖ Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.

❖ For larger, full color commissions, one large edit is allowed during the sketch phase. I reserve the right to add a $10 USD fee over any edits after the first edit.

Procedure and Communication

❖ I ask that you have a Discord/make one, so we can message each other in real time. Emails are just not good enough and I like to talk directly to you about what you want. 
It's my life line to keeping you informed and updated on progress so nobody is left in the dark.
I can still work with e-mails but understand responses will be delayed due to the nature of them. 

❖ I will inform you if I'm unable to work on your piece and give you an estimate on when I will begin working again. Even if I'm in the hospital I will try to be sure someone at least reaches out to you so you are not left in the dark with updates.

❖ After payment is received: I will work on the artwork immediately until completion on a first come, first serve order and will inform you if there are any commissioners ahead of you on the first come first serve order list.

❖ Sketch commissions do not have an approval stage. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference.

❖ Please be clear and concise in your description of any edits. You can use other works you own, and photos you like as references for the changes.

❖ I do not accept AI art as a reference.

Commissioner

❖ The art you commission from me, It is strictly for personal use only. including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

❖ The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited with a website link to my Discord or Tumblr please.

❖ You may not trace over or alter the artwork in any way- such as removal of watermark, recolouring, adding in details or designs, e.t.c.

❖ You may not claim the work to be your own, reupload, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon with written and spoken permission by me.

❖ You may not resell the art done for you in any way, shape or form.

❖ If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, use for your project(s), as an ad, for a video, to resell at conventions etc. Speak to me for information on royalty fees.

I have this with all commission options included so it's easy for me to know exactly what you want from me before I contact you.

( Note: These prices vary depending on complexity, cost of supplies, shipping to you, and more, which is why there are no prices here. It would need to be discussed on a case by case basis. )

You pay for the time, I will set a timer and work on the art piece until the timer goes off.

Once the timer goes off I stop and will pass you the art where I left off.

You could wind up with a sketch, flat colour piece, or a fully detailed piece depending.

Just understand the more detailed the character, the less of a chance you may wind up with a coloured piece.
