This form is for use in Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, which is listed as having a horror themes and includes harsh survival elements. WotC used the following keywords to describe it ‘Fantasy horror, paranoia, isolation, & secrets’. When using this form keep in mind horror elements may be included as appropriate from the module.

Also note, while this is not a specifically adult themed game, players should be able to handle themes in mature ways.

GREEN: Acceptable or doesn't matter.

YELLOW: Ok if veiled or referenced to "off-screen"; It may be ok onscreen but would requires discussion ahead of time; and/or I'm uncertain how I feel about it

RED: Hard Line, this should not be included or referenced at all

Use the NOTES part of each section to go into any details or add anything else that was missed
