MSD Tool Curation Form
Background/Intent: In late 2021, the Feed the Future Market Systems and Partnerships (MSP) Activity and the BEAM Exchange launched an effort to develop a curated library of MSD tools that serve a specific, practical function in operationalising the MSD approach and have proven utility and impact. The MSD Tool library will be a centralised, open-access, web-based repository that is hosted and maintained by BEAM Exchange to facilitate ongoing support and engagement of the MSD community. MSP has uploaded tools submitted by stakeholders into this beta version of the MSD Tool Library on BEAM Exchange. This includes tools that are already widely used as well as promising tools that may require additional piloting.

We are now embarking upon a feedback process, asking the MSD community to rate and provide comments on specific tools used. We are looking to identify tools that the community considers to be the most useful and easiest to engage with.

Once the feedback period is closed on July 15th, MSP will analyse submissions and incorporate a summary into the tool description for each tool in the library. Individual feedback comments will not be posted publicly; instead, MSP will summarise and anonymise comments for overall feedback on the tool in terms of what stakeholders liked most about the tool and any potential challenges faced.

Instructions: Please only rate tools with which you have direct experience. Explore the beta MSD Tool library and click on the “feedback” button for each tool you would like to review.

This work is made possible with support by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), under the terms of Contract No. 7200AA20C00054 managed by DAI.
