B'nai Israel Hospitality Request Form
While we value the mitzvah of hachnasas orchim, Safety is our first priority as we are opening up individuals homes to accommodate guests. If you plan to spend Shabbos or Yom Tov with B'nai Israel Synogogue, please fill out this form so we may speed up the security and vetting process to ensure a safe  and wonderful stay.

It is advisable to request hospitality at least 1 week prior to visit. By clicking yes, you understand that if you contact us with less than 48 hours before your arrival, we may not be able to locate a house for you to stay in. *
If we are unable to find you a location within the eruv or with a family, we will provide a small list of nearby hotels or AirBnB that are available to stay in. *
If you need to cancel your visit with us, for any reason, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may update the hosts.  *
If we do find you a place to stay, we request that under absolutely no circumstances are you allowed to share the private numbers of the hospitality committee nor the hosts to other individuals who wish to visit. 

The only number or email you may pass onward is the number to the shul, the Google number the hospitality committee uses, or the official hospitality email. 

Another way they may find the info to contact us is by checking the shul website.
