Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered for inclusion in the festival.

All applications must be submitted by April 30, 2026.

If your application is accepted, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. A festival representative will contact you with payment details upon acceptance.

This is a CRAFT VENDOR application only. FOOD VENDORS will have a separate application. Please do not fill this out if you are a Food Vendor.

Festival Policy

The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather. Please plan accordingly.

Hours of Operation

Vendors are required to operate on Friday and Saturday.
Suggested hours: 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM
You may operate outside of these hours at your discretion.

Attendees will also be on-site starting Thursday, and vendors are welcome to operate that day at no additional cost.

We kindly ask you to be packed up by Sunday at 12PM.

Electricity

Electricity is provided for all vendor booths.

Vendor Placement

Festival staff reserves the right to assign and adjust vendor locations. Placement will be based on space availability, booth size, and the nature of your products or services. Locations may be changed prior to setup at the discretion of the vendor coordinator.

Camping & Admission

Vendors will receive:
Two (2) event passes
Complimentary car camping in the designated vendor area

30’ x 10’ (with electric): $200

The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camp Scampi, Moe Town Music Venue, Sage Entertainment, and Big Shrimp from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, losses, or damages to property arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in Camp Scampi.

The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for staffing and operating their booth at all times during the event. The Vendor is also solely responsible for securing their booth and all property contained within it.

Camp Scampi, Moe Town Music Venue, Sage Entertainment, and Big Shrimp assume no responsibility or liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
