Welcome to the Acton Local Market 2019 Season! If you would like to be considered as a member-vendor, please complete the following application and send your $25 application fee via Paypal or by mail to Acton Local Market c/o Heather. PLEASE READ THE 2019 RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE APPLYING. Please note that ALM staff may request samples of your product before acceptance. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - Please list each product you would like to sell, giving specific details (e.g. "organic, gluten free, sourdough loaves" vs. "baked goods") ALM does not accept distributors. In order to maintain the best variety of products for our customers, vendors are accepted for the product line and indicated on this application. Any change to the product line during the season must be approved by the designated Market representative . Adherence to the approved product line will be monitored at each market by the market manager. All products must be made or grown by vendors from within 150 miles of Hood County. Corporate ownership must be disclose. Farmers and other vendors should specify their growing methods ( conventional/chemical/free/organic/grassfed/ ect)

APPLICATION FEES : Nonrefundable Application Fee : $25 per season, due with application. Application Fee can be made by check/money order (payable to Acton local Market) or by Paypal (see button below). How will you be paying your application fee?

Participation, Agreement & Vendor Statement: PARTICIPATION AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: Acton Local Market reserves the right to disallow participation of any vendor for violation of Acton Local Markets Rules and Regulations. Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell and agree to indemnify Acton Local Market for any claims arising from the sale of any products, the failure to obtain any necessary licenses or permits or the negligence of any vendor or their employees, representatives or agents. VENDOR STATEMENT: By submitting this 2019 Vendor Application, I hereby acknowledge that I have read the 2019 Rules and Regulations and agree to abide and be bound by the 2019 Rules and Regulations. I further agree that I have obtained and provided copies of all necessary licenses and permits required to distribute or offer for sale all products listed on this application. FURTHER, I shall indemnify, keep and hold harmless ACTON LOCAL MARKET (hereinafter "ALM") and all agencies and employees from and against any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons or loss of life, damage to property on or off the premises arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by Vendor, and those injuries and damages arising our of Vendors acts or omissions, and shall defend, at Vendor's own expense, any actions brought against ALM or any other person, employee, agents or organization with which ALM has a contractual relationship. I have read and agree to the above vendor statement, and I have read and agree to the 2019 Rules and Regulations. Please include name of authorized representative, title, business name and date.
