Denim Day Registration
We are so excited to be able to provide a space and host denim day on USD's campus this year. The intention of this event is to center the experience(s) of survivors/victims. You do not need to identify as a survivor/victim and/or disclose that you are a survivor/victim to attend; however, we ask that you enter this space present to the lived experiences of those impacted by sexual violence. This is not a social gathering but rather a healing and empowering space. Please fill out the questionnaire so we can keep track of everyone attending and get a head count!

*In-Person Community Guidelines* Successfully complete the community health screening. Check-in when entering campus to receive the daily wristband. Maintain a 6-foot distance between yourself and other attendees. Keep your mask on at all times. No food or drink allowed. Write your full name as confirmation you will follow these guidelines. *
By agreeing to this question, you agree to taking the qualtrics Campus Screening survey and receive a wristband when arriving on campus. *

We will be hosting arts and crafts, if you could request a particular activity what would it be? No wrong answers & feel free to include links to ideas!
