I understand that I MUST arrive at Old First Reformed Church no later than 7:00pm each night. If I arrive late, STH reserves the right to revoke my performance slot for the evening.

I understand that I will not share in any of the ticket proceeds for this showcase.

I understand that STH reserves the right to change the program order each evening.

I agree to let Spoke the Hub use all photographs and videos of my performance for promotional and fundraising purposes only.
