Some Terms of Service before we begin:
The minimum quantity of tags you can order is 1 pcs. Normal tags (without the "long" add-on) are around 15cm in length. Long tags are 80cm long.

Artwork and design time is 5-10 days, production time is 20-30 days, and shipping takes up to 10 days to reach me. I quality check all tags before sending them to their respective homes. Shipping internationally from me takes on average 7 days. In total it can take anywhere between 2-3 months from you commissioning me to you receiving the tags. Exceptions to this are delivery at conventions.

Shipping is calculated when creating your quote, and is usually between 25-50€ for a tracked package, depending on how much you order. For domestic (Norwegian) orders shipping is 135kr (Norgespakke).

A refund is only available before production starts. Once I have created the artwork for the tags this will be sent to you to be approved. Once approved, you cannot receive a refund for your order. Exceptions to this are if the manufaturer makes a mistake and gives me a partial or full refund for the order - this will result in you receiving a similar partial or full refund.

I reserve all rights to my artwork and will use it as I seem fit, including promotional material, freebies, giveaways etc. Depending on the popularity of your tag, I may reorder to stock the product for future sales. You are allowed to sell the tags yourself, either privately, through a webstore, at conventions etc.

All custom tags will be marked with my company's logo and name.

I am not responsible for third-party/country duties and import tariffs. I live in a non-EU country, and this can result in you paying customs for packages you receive from me. I will not lie on import forms or mark items as "gift".
