Spend Includes anything spent in the taproom, Draft Beer, Food, To-go Beer, Merch etc.
- Sunday through Wednesday the spend rate is $150/hr
- Thursday through Saturday the spend rate is $250/hr
- If the spend amount is not reached we may charge a service fee equal to the difference between check totals and required spend amount.
- 20% Gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage purchases for your group.
- We offer catering if you'd like to provide food for your entire party.
- Outside food is not allowed. But we do allow outside desserts for celebrations.
- **Due to the size of our kitchen, we will not be able to accommodate the TACO BAR OPTION during dinner service on a Friday or Saturday unless it is for a Taproom Buyout.** There are other options available.
- A credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the event swiped at the beginning.
- Access to the room will be granted an hour before the event to decorate.
- NO adhesive other than painter's tape is to be used anywhere.
- If additional time to decorate is required please let us know!
- NO Glitter or Confetti.
- NO CONFETTI BALLOONS. NO POPPING BALLOONS INDOORS. If any decoration rules are broken we will charge a $100 clean up fee.
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL at all this could cause us to lose our license, we will charge up to $500 if this rule is broken.
KIDS POLICY: We are family friendly at Roughtail and love having a safe place for families to celebrate with us. With that said we ask that all children are supervised at all times for their safety. We provide board games and coloring sheets for entertainment if needed.
You will receive a Google calendar invite and a confirmation email once the event is officially booked.
We will have a paper copy of the Private Event Room Contract available for you the sign the day of your event.
