HQ Immigration & Refugee Legal Clinic Drop-In

HQ Toronto and Batista Immigration Law Group offer a free monthly Immigration & Refugee Clinic for newcomers, refugees in Canada, and individuals living with HIV. This clinic focuses on providing support in immigration and refugee law, ensuring that those who need assistance can access the resources and guidance they require.

The clinic covers a variety of services, including:

  • Immigration and refugee law advice
  • Assistance for refugee claimants
  • Guidance on permanent residence and citizenship inquiries
  • Legal support for temporary residents in Canada

During the clinic, volunteer lawyers will be available to answer questions related to immigration processes, refugee claims, and residency matters. While they will not provide legal advice, they will offer essential assistance in completing application forms, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns you may have about your immigration or refugee status. The goal is to help you understand the next steps and ensure you are equipped with the knowledge you need to navigate these important legal processes.

This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but priority will be given to those who pre-register. Please come prepared with any relevant documents or questions you may have.
