The participants are high-achieving inner-city students who will have spent approximately six weeks in a legal internship prior to Job Shadow Week. They have been carefully selected to participate in the program by the Student Legal Education and Opportunity Program Director through a competitive application process.
The Thurgood Marshall Summer Law Internship Program is currently seeking volunteer attorneys to host students during the 2012 Job Shadow Week. This year's dates are Monday, August 13th through Friday, August 17th. Please note that many sites invite students for anywhere from half a day to one or more days, depending on the availability of the host.
