Vendor information - ATR is built on a company culture of plant based food, sustainability, planetary love and respect for all beings. As such, we require that all vendors agree to respect and comply with the requirement that all food and retail items sold at YAM Fest be vegetarian. No fur or leather items may be sold. Vendors should arrive Thursday, May 16 for set-up and remain through the Sunday, May 19, morning music performances. Prices below reflect the vendor cost including general admission for two people. You may purchase up to ten additional tickets for $85 (32% off ticket price). Vendor fee includes space for 10x10 pop-up canopy (not provided) and access Thursday for set-up and early camping. Vendor booth must be open and attended to daily, for all operating hours (11am to 8pm). Healing arts vendor hours (11am to 5pm Friday; 11am to 6pm Saturday).

*In addition, we request that each vendor donate an item or service valued at $25 or more to a raffle to benefit our Non-profit Community Partner, Earthdance Organic Farm School.
If chosen to participate, we will send you a formal contract outlining the responsibilities, duties, and privileges that coincide with YAM Fest vending. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: promotional partnership on social media, sustainable practices while vending at YAM, social responsibility and respect for ATR, YAM Fest, attendees, other vendors, and anyone else we missed, and generally leaving the place better than you found it.
