RESTAURANT APPLICATION
Application Procedure:
Restaurants shall submit their application and will receive confirmation once the application has been processed and accepted by the Organizing Committee. Restaurant space preferences will be considered, however space allocation will be by the committee and will be final.

General Information:
The Festival will take place Saturday,  20224 at 101 W. State , Kennett Square, PA 19348). Festival hours are from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. This is an outdoor street festival and will be held rain or shine.

THE FOOD VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE AND MUST HAVE A PENNSYLVANIA HEALTH DEPARTMENT CERTIFICATE. CONTACT CHESTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

General Rules (Please read complete form carefully):
All Restaurants must supply their own canopy, table and chairs. Please rent additional spaces if required. Please note (4) sand bags are required for wind.

Restaurant spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet.

This is a family event. No flammable or harmful items are allowed. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

No booth sharing is allowed.

The Health Department of Pennsylvania requires a restaurant license. Please provide a copy with your form. Contact Chester County Health Department.

Each restaurant must have at least one fire extinguisher (5 lb. multipurpose, ABC, BC fire extinguisher.

Each restaurant must have adequate control for oil/grease spill containment. Disposable rugs or other suitable absorbent surface should be used under all frying or other oil/grease containing equipment. YOU NEED TO PROVIDE GROUND COVER TO PROTECT STREET/SIDEWALK. FAILURE TO DO SO OR INADEQUATE PROTECTION WILL RESULT IN CLOSING DOWN BOOTH AND LOSS OF YOUR CLEANING DEPOSIT.

Clean-up is the responsibility of the applicant. STREETS and SIDEWALKS MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEANED of ALL GREASE. Restaurants are responsible for removing all trash from a their area. Trash container will be provided by the organizers. Restaurants must also use recycling containers provided by Casa Guanajuato.

The event will be held rain or shine and can be cancelled by the planning committee in case of dangerous or extreme weather conditions

Vendor check-in at registration table begins at 10:00 AM
Booth setup begins at 10:30 AM
All vehicles out of Festival space by 12:00 PM
The Festival will take place from 1:00PM - 7:00 PM

This RESTAURANT Vendor form is for the sale of food related items. PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.

Hold Harmless Clause:

Vendor, its officers, and members shall hold harmless and defend Casa Guanajuato Kennett Square and its agents, officers and volunteers from all liability, judgments, suits, costs and actions, including attorneys’ fees and all costs of litigation of every kind and description brought or rendered against Casa Guanajuato Kennett Square as a result of loss, damage, or injury of persons or property by reason of any act of failure to act by its officers, members or volunteers.
