Our CPR Demo Class is a hands-on, introductory session designed to equip attendees with the basic knowledge and confidence to respond in an emergency until professional help arrives. Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, perform chest compressions, understand the role of rescue breathing, and become familiar with using an AED. This is an informational skills-based demonstration intended to increase awareness and preparedness—no certification will be provided.
