Personal Training Request for Members
Thank you for your interest in personal training at the MCC Fitness Centers.

Our free personal training program is available during facility hours and is led by NSCA certified trainers and qualified student interns of MCC's Exercise Science Department.

This service is offered at no cost to current fitness center members and students enrolled in PED101FL, PED103FL, or PED115 (Fitness for Life).

An active fitness center membership is required to participate in free personal training. We offer a variety of membership options—visit the MCC Fitness Center website for more information. Non-members may request private personal training services for a fee.

To get started, please complete and submit the request form below. Allow up to one week for our manager to review your information.
