The CAE has once again started the planning of the ALL Day Faculty Retreat, June 18th, 2019. We're inviting Faculty to submit Professional Development Workshop Presentations on a variety of relevant topics.
Call for Proposals

If you are interested in presenting a workshop or poster presentation during the 2019 Faculty Development Day - please complete the form below with all the required information.

Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the submission. The Planning Team welcomes ALL submissions for poster presentations or workshops that will highlight innovative and learning-centered teaching in and out of the classrooms - this includes labs, field placements, and other departments supporting our students and faculty.

The Planning Team will review all submissions and send decision outcomes for all submissions. Thank you in advance to everyone who submits a proposal. You will be notified of your workshop status in early April. Additionally, the Centre for Academic Excellence would welcome the opportunity to support and assist you in creating your materials/resources.

Please Note:
Please provide a general workshop description (*150 words Maximum), so that we may provide these to participants when they register for the day. We are happy to assist folks in drafting/polishing descriptions as needed.

All electronic copies of presentations, handouts, and related materials from previous years have been archived on our INTERNAL SCC-Training-Centre on Blackboard Site.
