2019-2020 Brophy Mothers' Guild Nomination Form
Each year we ask mothers to either self-nominate or nominate someone to serve on the Mothers' Guild Executive Board or event Co-Chairperson. Please consider taking on a leadership role in the Mothers' Guild. Many of our Co-Chairs come from self-nominations. This is not the general volunteer form.

Before you indicate your interest, please note:
1. Most committees have Co-Chairs.
2. Due to time commitments, Executive Board members may not serve as committee chairs.
3. All committee Co-Chairs are selected each year.
4. There may be multiple nominations for any position; therefore there are no selection guarantees.
